Refund Policy
VI. FEES
A. An athletic participation fee of $95.00 per sport will be charged to each student in grades
9-12 and $55.00 per sport for grades 7-8. There is a $350.00 maximum per family.
B. The athletic participation fee must be paid prior to participation in a contest or by the end
of the 2nd week of the practice/activity.
C. Athletic participation fee refunds will be given if the student quits before the end of the
2nd week of practice/activity or before they participate in a contest, whichever is sooner.
After that time, the Athletic Director shall determine other valid reasons for refunds such as
season-ending injuries, etc. that could warrant a refund.
